Hello Neighbors!

Some important announcements of dates coming up for all members of the neighborhood HOA and Lake Association to be aware of:

Spring Cleanup Day: Sunday, April 27th 2025 - 1:30-3:30. Meet at the boat dock to meet some neighbors and help clean up your neighborhood. Trash bags and instructions will be provided. Just dress appropriately and bring some gloves and lets help beautify our wonderful neighborhood! Hope to see you all there!

Mid-Year Update Meeting: Tuesday, May 13th 2025 @ 6:00 PM. Meeting will be held at Southeast Community College. Room location will be posted upon entering the facility. Both the HOA and Lake Association Boards will provide updates to all current and ongoing business. Signs will be posted at both O Street and Holdrege Street entrances as a reminder.

Annual Meeting: Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 6:00 - 7:30 PM. Meeting will be held at Southeast Community College. Room location will be posted upon entering the facility. This will be the annual business meeting for both the Waterford Estates HOA and the Waterford Lake Association. Signs will be posted at both the O Street and Holdrege Street entrances as a reminder closer to the meeting date.
